Warehouse Assistant

About the role We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team — someone who's hands-on with equipment, comfortable on the road, and genuinely enjoys talking coffee with customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing stock levels and packing customer orders accurately and on time
• Handling deliveries
• Supporting the team as needed — warehouse duties, event support, and admin
• Getting hands-on with espresso machinery — La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig, and others — from setup to troubleshooting
• Carrying out onsite service visits for customers across Singapore

Deliveries are also a chance to build relationships — whether that's a quick chat about our coffee or checking in on how a customer's café is running. We work closely with our equipment manufacturers and suppliers, so you'll get regular, up-to-date training on new machines and products as they come through. About you You love coffee, enjoy talking to people, and have a sharp eye for detail. Experience in a café or the wider F&B industry is a strong plus. You'll need:

• Experience working with tools and machinery (electrical and hydraulics)
• A valid driver's licence
• Strong organisation and timekeeping
• A calm, level-headed approach under pressure
• Coffee-making experience and/or a coffee industry background (great to have, not essential)
