Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of intelligence analysts across multiple regions or business units, overseeing daily operations, task assignments, and team management.
Guide the collection and analysis of open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence related to geopolitical risks, cyber threats, and physical security concerns.
Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products, including threat assessments, risk forecasts, and executive briefings, and ensure intelligence outputs are timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Cybersecurity, Corporate Brand, Fraud, Legal, HR, Crisis Management) to support investigations, incident response, and strategic planning.
Serve as a key point of contact for intelligence sharing with external partners, including law enforcement, industry groups, and vendors.
Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
Develop and maintain intelligence policies, SOPs, and analytical frameworks.
Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and ethical standards in intelligence operations.
Lead initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities through technology, training, and partnerships.
