At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

In this role, you will lead product direction for the Broker Rating Team—a critical platform that powers pricing, quoting, and underwriting decisions across the broker ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping and evolving rating capabilities that ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, business agility, and a seamless experience for brokers and customers.

You will work at the intersection of business strategy, actuarial and underwriting requirements, technology delivery, and customer experience. Partnering closely with engineering, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, you will define product outcomes, prioritize investments, and drive delivery of rating enhancements that directly impact growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

This role requires a product leader who can navigate complexity, balance competing priorities, and drive measurable outcomes while modernizing a foundational capability that sits at the heart of the insurance value chain.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who thrives in complexity, drives measurable outcomes, and wants to influence experiences that directly impact brokers, customers, underwriting effectiveness, and business performance at scale.
