• →Service Management & Governance: Supports governance processes through reporting, monitoring, and operational insights that strengthen service performance, compliance, and accountability.
• →Strategic Leadership & Influence Without Authority: Builds collaborative partnerships across HR Operations and COEs to support service delivery objectives and operational improvements.
• →Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Analyzes service processes and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall service effectiveness.
• →Data Analytics & Performance Management: Leverages data, reporting, and performance metrics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support informed decision-making.
• →Knowledge Management & Capability Enablement: Maintains knowledge resources, facilitates knowledge transfer, and enables service delivery teams through training and content optimization.

• →This job does not have supervisory duties.

• 3 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, HR Programs, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience supporting service delivery models, operational processes, and stakeholder partnerships.
• Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
