• →Support the development and implementation of product initiatives and business strategies
• →Coordinate projects and programs across multiple departments to ensure successful execution
• →Analyze product, market, competitor, financial, and risk management data to identify insights and opportunities
• →Measure results, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to leadership
• →Assist with process improvements and organizational change initiatives
• →Partner with cross-functional teams to support product, pricing, and risk management strategies
• →Monitor initiative performance and help ensure successful implementation and execution
• →Create presentations and reports that help communicate business results and recommendations

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in working with data and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and act on information and business insights
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Product Management experience or exposure
• Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
• Background in the automotive industry
• Sales experience or customer-facing business experience

• 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
