We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions, modern cloud-based data platforms, and business intelligence environments.

This role requires expertise in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT development, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and modern data engineering practices. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and fellow engineers.

Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise data warehouse solutions.
→Build, optimize, and support ETL/ELT pipelines using modern data integration tools and frameworks.
→Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes in Microsoft Fabric.
→Create and manage Fabric Data Engineering workloads including:
- →Data Pipelines
- →Dataflows Gen2
- →Notebooks
- →Lakehouses
- →Warehouses
→Design and implement robust dimensional models (Star and Snowflake Schemas) to support reporting and analytics.
→Develop complex T-SQL code including stored procedures, views, functions, and performance optimization.
→Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, and DAX measures.
→Develop data engineering solutions using Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
→Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement data governance best practices.
→Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
→Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
→Support operational activities including deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.

Requirements

Microsoft Fabric Certifications.
Azure Data Engineering experience.
Experience implementing metadata-driven ingestion frameworks.
Experience building audit, logging, and monitoring solutions.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise analytics platforms.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence.
Extensive experience with:
- SQL Server

Strong experience designing:
