• →Define & execute on Data strategy and analytics needs for the Insurance Pricing & UW needs
  Expertly manages the priorities, value and time to support the platform to achieve measurable impact to business outcomes
• →Conducts stakeholder and risk analysis along with problem solving with the dedicated platform consultant as high priority initiatives arise and critical decisions need to be made
• →Influences Discovery and Framing sessions across entire ecosystem. Engages in applying simplicity to achieve desired outcomes
• →A key contributor to the overall landscape of technical architecture those platform consultants contribute to
• →Liaison between technical leaders and business leaders. Provides direction and guidance of future strategy ensuring the roadmaps for both business and technology align tactically and strategically
• →Builds trust and influence with engineering directors and principal engineers, along with our design leaders to influence backlogs and engineering practices
• →Demonstrates subject matter expertise and considers input from the Community of Platform in reaching decisions, enabling strategies/patterns and when handling ECC red to green situations
• →Applies industry standards and engages in emerging technologies. Filters important findings to the rest of the community
• →Thought leader with the ability to influence technical decisions in a collaborative manner by questioning and considering implications

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
