What We Offer
~1 min readWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, React.js, and relational database. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of unit testing and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to deliver clean, maintainable, and reliable code.
- Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using Java, React.js, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Build and manage backend APIs and services with Java Spring Boot.
- Design and optimize DB schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
- Write and maintain unit tests and follow TDD practices throughout the development cycle.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and engineering teams.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Stay up to date with modern JavaScript frameworks, tools, and testing methodologies.
Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot API development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong understanding of relational database schema design and query optimization.
- Proven experience in writing unit tests following TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficient with Git/GitHub and collaborative version control workflows.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Document Management System.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog for monitoring, log management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with Python & Oracle.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered coding tools.
