Requirements

3+ years of bodily injury claim handling experience
Moderate bodily injury claim handling experience

You may be required to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license as a condition of employment
If required, licensing may include an additional Department of Insurance background check and must be completed within 60 days of hire
If you currently hold an active insurance license, you must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments during employment
If you are seeking an adjuster role and hold a resident producer license, you must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team
The Hiring Manager and Centralized Licensing team will provide support if licensing is required. By proceeding with the application process, applicants acknowledge and agree to comply with these licensing requirements

Strong phone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and assess claims accurately
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully
Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
Candidates with the active license(s) required for this role may be eligible for a $1,000 Licensing Sign-On Bonus
Eligible licenses may include a Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License
Current employees and candidates previously employed by Allstate or its family of companies are not eligible for this sign-on bonus
This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States
This position is not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, or Hawaii
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM EST/CST
