Job Summary:

Alluvionic is seeking a Program Analyst I who works in an administrative capacity by uploading Interagency Security Committee (ISC) information for the Tactical Operations Division (TOD) of the United States Marshals Service (USMS).

Must be a US Citizen
Clearance Required:  Yes – Obtain a Public Trust
*This is an onsite position.*

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with USMS personnel on all Federal facilities occupied by USMS personnel for Interagency Security Committee (ISC) information and enter into the ISC-Compliance System (CS)
  • Assist with analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials
  • Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc.
  • Liaise with Federal Employees, Contractors, and Divisions throughout USMS
  • Assist with the shipment of bulk items to offices throughout the U.S.
  • Develop and maintain logs and databases to track program requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the program office and Division
  • Work in groups/teams on special projects to accomplish program goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One (1) year of data entry or administrative experience
  • Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
  • Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
