Finance and Accounting Manager

ACG_3510_JOB Our client is a leading gems and jewellery institution who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Financial Management (60%) Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions. Monitor company financial performance, KPIs, and cash flow; identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement financial risk management frameworks (liquidity, credit, market risks). Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for BOD and senior leadership. Collaborate with business units to improve financial efficiency, cost control, and profitability. Accounting Management (40%) Oversee all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Tax, and Payroll. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (VAS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. Manage audits (internal & external), working closely with auditors and authorities. Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Possession of professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a strong advantage. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting. At least 3–5 years in managerial role covering both FP&A (Finance) and Accounting Operations. Proven experience in budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in accounting closing, tax, and audit.
