Head of Product

ACG_3836_JOB Our client is a one of the leading companies in construction and real estate investment in Vietnam who is seeking an experienced candidate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Participate in Developing the Group’s Real Estate Product Strategy Coordinate with relevant departments to develop short-, medium-, and long-term business and product development strategies. Participate in researching and proposing product development concepts and investment ideas for new real estate projects. Research and recommend emerging trends in next-generation real estate products, services, and operations. 2. Product Management Provide product information to relevant departments, including project concepts, product mix, layouts, perspectives, architectural styles, functionality, and amenities. Supervise and review product concepts and studies to ensure consistency and effectiveness from the initial development stage through final delivery. 3. Internal Training Conduct internal training in accordance with approved plans. Provide project and product training prior to sales launches. 4. Team Management & Development Coordinate, guide, and train team members. Manage department operations, including work allocation, supervision, performance evaluation, and necessary adjustments to plans and execution. Develop and improve departmental policies, procedures, and guidance materials. 5. Other Responsibilities Perform other duties assigned in accordance with the responsibilities and scope of the position. Requirements 1. Education Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Planning & Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Marketing Management, Business Management, or Architecture are an advantage. Basic English proficiency and strong command of Microsoft Office and presentation tools. 2. Experience Minimum 8 years of professional experience in large-scale real estate companies, including at least 5 years in a similar management position. 3. Professional Expertise Strong knowledge of real estate product development, including market segments, product types, market cycles, planning, legal requirements, and project development processes. Good understanding of architecture, design, construction, and the full real estate project lifecycle from concept development to construction, operation, and handover. Strong market research and analysis capabilities, including competitor analysis, customer demand assessment, product positioning, and trend forecasting. Ability to develop and evaluate product concepts, identify differentiation opportunities, and translate market insights into practical real estate product ideas. Experience in developing product standards, amenities, services, and customer experience solutions for different real estate segments. 4. Leadership & Management Strong systematic, analytical, and logical thinking with the ability to make decisions based on data and research. Ability to set objectives, develop action plans, establish effective processes, and manage execution and performance. Strong people management capabilities, including work allocation, coaching, performance evaluation, talent development, and team motivation. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders.
