ACG_3375_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. 1. Employee Engagement & Workplace Relations Cultivate a constructive and inclusive working environment that supports employee engagement and organizational cohesion. Manage and resolve workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Advise both employees and management on the interpretation and application of HR policies and internal procedures. 2. Performance Management Framework Design, implement, and monitor structured performance evaluation systems across the organization. Collaborate with department leaders to define measurable objectives, performance standards, and role expectations. Guide managers in delivering effective performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support. 3. Learning & Talent Development Conduct organizational training needs assessments to identify competency gaps and development priorities. Develop and coordinate learning initiatives aimed at strengthening employee capabilities and supporting career progression. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning throughout the organization. 4. Compensation & Benefits Administration Supervise payroll operations and the administration of employee benefits programs. Benchmark compensation structures against market data to maintain competitiveness and internal equity. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements related to remuneration and employee benefits. 5. HR Governance & Regulatory Compliance Maintain strict adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR governance standards. Review and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedural documentation as necessary. Oversee HR operational processes to ensure legal compliance and consistency with corporate guidelines. 6. HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics Prepare periodic HR reports for senior leadership, including workforce statistics, performance insights, and key HR metrics. Utilize data analysis to identify trends, improve HR processes, and enhance overall employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. 7. Strategic Workforce Planning & Organizational Alignment Partner with executive leadership to ensure HR strategies effectively support business priorities. Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, talent development strategies, and organizational design initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in HR management or a comparable role. In-depth understanding of labor legislation and established HR best practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation and interpersonal capabilities. Demonstrated leadership aptitude and sound problem-solving skills. Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
