ACG_3868_JOB Our client is a leading mobile marketing agency in Southeast Asia that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Responsibilities Manage and maintain the office IT infrastructure, including network systems, server room, meeting rooms, printing systems, access control systems, and surveillance systems. Provide day-to-day desktop support and maintenance for employees, including technical assistance for important meetings, while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of office IT services. Manage administrative operations for the representative office, including the workplace environment, employee transportation, business travel arrangements, administrative expenses, and logistical support for meetings and corporate events. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements Desktop Support & Maintenance Strong capability in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware issues, installing and resolving problems related to Windows operating systems, and supporting email applications and other commonly used software. Relevant professional certifications in desktop infrastructure, system administration, or server technologies are preferred. Meeting & Conference Support Hands-on experience with commonly used online meeting and video conferencing platforms. Ability to design and coordinate technical solutions for quarterly, annual, or large-scale meetings held at external venues, covering projection systems, audio systems, lighting systems, and online conferencing solutions. Network Support Good understanding of Wide Area Network infrastructure, including basic router configuration, port configuration, routing table setup, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and network optimization. Relevant professional certifications in enterprise networking are considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of Local Area Network environments, including Layer 3 switch configuration, VLAN segmentation, port configuration, and the use of network monitoring and management software. Capable of planning, configuring, and managing LAN infrastructure. Good knowledge of wireless network environments, including wireless controller commands, wireless network planning and optimization, and the use of enterprise network monitoring and management tools. Server Room Infrastructure Good understanding of server room infrastructure, including UPS capacity planning, server room layout design, electrical system requirements, ventilation systems, and fire safety management. Familiarity with major UPS technologies and commonly used solutions in the industry is preferred. Servers & Operating Systems Hands-on experience with RAID configuration, server hardware fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, and the installation and administration of Windows, Linux, and virtual machine operating systems. Good understanding of commonly used Windows infrastructure services, including DHCP and Domain Controller services. Printing Systems Experience in configuring network printers and document scanning solutions. Good understanding of secure printing mechanisms and printer management systems across different equipment providers. Access Control Systems Good knowledge of access control system design standards and technical requirements. Understanding of wireless control switch principles and familiarity with commonly used access control solutions and technologies in the industry. Surveillance Systems Strong understanding of CCTV system design standards and installation requirements. Ability to calculate surveillance storage capacity and support the planning and implementation of monitoring systems. Familiarity with commonly used surveillance technologies and solutions in the industry. Requirements Strong communication and comprehension skills. Good proficiency in both Chinese and English for workplace communication. Proficiency in commonly used office productivity software.
