You have significant experience (5 to 8 years) within a consulting or audit firm, within an Insurtech or with a major Insurance player.
You have recognized expertise on one or more of the following subjects: Finance, IT strategy, ESG - Sustainable Finance, Actuarial science, Data management, Innovation.
You are passionate and you want to invest in the Insurance sector
You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit
You are proactive and have a very good analytical and synthesis spirit and a very strong ability to manage priorities
You are able to manage and mentor junior members of the team
You speak English and French at a C1+ level (written and spoken)
Excellent command of the Office pack is required.

✓Base entry salary for this position is 70K

✓Variable remuneration: Alpha pays its employees a significant proportion of its profits in the form of profit-sharing (intéressement) and/or cash in accordance with Alpha's discretionary profit-sharing scheme.

✓25 days holiday per year

The recruitment process is structured around a business case, written in English, which we will ask you to produce. This is intended to serve as a starting point for the discussion around your career project and the development of Alpha.

During the various interviews, you will meet the Executive Director of Alpha Insurance France, the Global Head of Insurance, as well as members of the team.
