Manager (Yardi)

The Yardi Implementation Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of Yardi software implementation projects, including new deployments, module rollouts, upgrades, and data conversions. This role owns the project plan end-to-end — scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication — while partnering closely with functional SMEs, technical resources, and client/business stakeholders to ensure Yardi is configured and adopted successfully. The ideal candidate combines strong traditional PM discipline with familiarity with property management/real estate operations and ERP-style system rollouts.

• →Manage all facets of the Yardi implementation project, including budget, schedule, resourcing, procurement, quality, and risk
• →Develop and maintain the project charter, scope of work, milestones, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) log
• →Build and run governance structures: steering committee updates, status reporting, and meeting cadences
• →Coordinate across workstreams (functional configuration, data conversion, integrations, reporting, training, testing) to identify interdependencies and remove roadblocks
• →Partner with the Yardi SME/process lead and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into project deliverables and timelines
• →Own the project schedule for key implementation phases: discovery/business process review, solution design, configuration, data conversion, conference room pilot (CRP), user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• →Manage change control, scope changes, and their impact on timeline and budget
• →Drive organizational change management activities, including training schedules, communication plans, and go-live readiness assessments
• →Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution
• →Track and report on project financials, resource utilization, and vendor/consultant deliverables
• →Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to operational teams post-implementation

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated focus on IT/enterprise software implementations
• Direct experience managing a Yardi implementation, upgrade, or major module rollout (Voyager, Investment Accounting, Debt Manager, etc.) strongly preferred
• Experience managing data conversion projects
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into business-friendly updates for executive stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is a strong plus
