Join our exclusive three-day immersive programme at our Hong Kong office to discover how the world's leading knowledge-on-demand firm operates, develop core professional skills, get hands-on experience and connect directly with our people.

Over three dynamic half-days at our Hong Kong office, you will:

• →Explore Global Business: Understand how companies operate, how value chains work, and the role of the knowledge-on-demand industry.
• →Develop Core Skills: Participate in hands-on skill workshops covering case study cracking, pitching, effective communication, and project management.
• →Learn & Network: Hear from AlphaSights leaders and receive personalised guidance from an assigned mentor during exclusive mentor lunches.

We welcome ambitious full-time first- and second-year undergraduate students from all academic disciplines across Hong Kong universities. Ideal candidates bring:

• Fluency in English (required), with proficiency in additional Asian languages being a strong plus.
• A natural curiosity and passion for business and problem-solving.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive initiative and commitment to full participation across all three days.

• Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM HKT, every day
• Format: In-person (AlphaSights Hong Kong office, 36/F, Cambridge House, Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong)
• Eligibility: First- and second-year full-time university students studying in Hong Kong
