CRM Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a CRM Operations Manager to join a growing international company within the iGaming industry based in Valencia.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of CRM, data, automation, and customer engagement. It is a highly operational and technical position focused on executing, optimizing, and maintaining CRM campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation, and promotional mechanics across multiple channels.
You will work closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, customer journeys are properly automated, and CRM systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Execute and optimize automated lifecycle journeys and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Build, maintain, and refine customer segments for targeted and personalized campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure flawless execution across CRM platforms
- Support bonus and promotional setups, applying predefined rules such as deposit conditions, expiry windows, and wagering requirement
- Monitor data flow and event tracking using tools such as Coralogix and Kafka to identify and resolve operational issues
- Perform QA testing and campaign audits to ensure deliverability, accuracy, and performance
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, and Data teams to improve CRM infrastructure and campaign efficiency
- Maintain CRM templates, snippets, and operational processes to support scalability and consistency
- Assist with reporting, engagement analysis, and campaign performance insights
Requirements

- Previous experience within the iGaming industry is essential
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar tools
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle journeys, segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies
- Comfortable working with technical tools, campaign logic, and data-driven environments
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Postman, Coralogix, or similar is considered a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to execution
- Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve operational issues efficiently
- Excellent communication and time management skills
