The Lead Compliance position is responsible for leading and assisting in the execution of the Compliance Program priorities and strategies in alignment with overall organizational objectives through effective partnerships. This position will work closely with the compliance and operational department leaders to ensure effective and measurable implementation of the enterprise Compliance program that meets State and Federal program requirements. A successful Lead will act as a business consultant and change agent. They are responsible for mentoring and coaching the Compliance Consultants, including providing guidance and direction for the execution of departmental systems and processes. Also, building the analytics and reporting structure to allow for ongoing measurement and monitoring. The Lead will interact with all levels of staff and management, handling multiple initiatives and competing deadlines.
Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management, including: Program performance improvement, and adherence to relevant Federal, State, and local healthcare compliance laws & regulations required.
- Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
