We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager. to join our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and develop relationships with an active client base.
  • Identify client needs related to using the system.
  • Inform clients about available ways to learn and explore our platform.
  • Consult and assist clients with payments for additional Altegio products.
  • Handle challenging client situations: identify reasons for cancellations, communicate the value of our cooperation, and work on client retention.
  • Maintain all necessary documentation and reports in the CRM system.
  • Negotiate and conclude service agreements.
What We Expect
  • At least 6 months of experience working with clients or in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy (you’ll be working with a complex IT product).
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work in a multitasking environment.
  • Proactive attitude, motivation, and energy to achieve results.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to people.
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback and learn from it to grow and become the best version of yourself.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience with subscription-based services, advertising, or digital products.
  • Knowledge of the Armenian language is desirable.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
