To support our growth in the EU market, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Budapest office.

We are looking for a high-performing Full-stack Developer with a hunter mindset to lead our expansion into the Czech and Polish market and become the first person to establish our presence there.

Tech Stack

PHP 8.3, Slim 4, Symfony Components, RoadRunner, Vue 3, TypeScript, Pinia, Vite, MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse, RabbitMQ, Docker, GitLab CI/CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Build product features end-to-end, from idea to production (backend + frontend).
• Participate in solution design and requirements definition.
• Work with APIs, databases, queues, and complex business logic.
• Deliver changes safely, monitor production, and validate releases.
• Use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Commercial experience with PHP development.
• Experience delivering large product features independently from idea to production.
• Experience with a modern PHP framework (Slim, Symfony, Laravel, or similar).
• Experience with Vue, React, or another modern frontend framework.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Git, and Unix/Linux.
• Ability to work with large existing codebases and perform high-quality code reviews.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and ClickHouse.
• Experience building high-load systems.
• Experience with feature flags, gradual rollouts, and Playwright.
• Experience introducing AI into development workflows.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI, OAuth, and DevOps/SRE practices.
