• →Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job ads on various platforms.
• →Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• →Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• →Maintaining the candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics.
• →Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
• →Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico.
• →Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
• A passion for recruitment and helping others find their ideal job.
