At Altenar, HR Assistant role is key to our operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of Ergani II compliance, shift management, and support benefits administration.
If you are proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a solid grasp of Greek labor law, you will be a go-to person for our daily HR operations. You will be part of a highly collaborative local HR team and could also contribute to broader Corporate HR projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ergani II & Shift Management: Full responsibility for the digital organization of working hours (declaring shifts, overtime, schedule changes) and monitoring the Digital Work Card.
  • Benefits Administration: Support and process records related to employee benefits.
  • Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure full compliance with Ergani II regulations to prevent penalties and ensure adherence to labor law.
  • HRIS Data Entry & Maintenance: Support HR operations through accurate data entry and updates in the HRIS, including employee records, attendance, and organizational data.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with HR & Office Teams on day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • HR Admin Support: Support onboarding and offboarding process and handle daily communication with staff regarding scheduling issues.


Requirements & skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
  • Practical experience with ERGANI II, monitoring and handling attendance records, and managing shift-related data is essential
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with payroll processes and labor regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in international environments.
  • Fun, Energetic and lively personality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
