As the Sr. CAD Designer you will be responsible for;

  • Provide CAD drawing support throughout the product development lifecycle using SolidWorks.
  • Generate, modify, and maintain product models, engineering drawings, and associated documentation.
  • Review CAD designs and drawings to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain mechanical digital design files and engineering drawings.
  • Prepare, process, and incorporate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Input and manage hardware structures and associated documentation within Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
  • Ensure engineering documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support product development and release activities.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Drafting, Design Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CAD Designer, CAD Drafter, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software; SolidWorks experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating and modifying product models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and product specifications.
  • Experience working with collaboration and workflow management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
