Instructor Recruiting/Database Coordinator - Winter 2026 - 27

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. • →Assist the Recruiting Manager with administrative aspects of the onboarding process for new and returning staff
• →Assist with employee housing applications and allotments for the Skier Services division
• →Maintain past and present instructor personnel files, including updating pay rates and certifications
• →Assist with certification reimbursement process and documentation
• →Continuously update instructor placement within ski school scheduling systems
• →Ensure accurate documentation of all guest injuries that occur during ski school lessons
• →Document and work closely with the HR worker’s comp team for all instructor injuries
• →Responsible for follow-up communication and schedule adjustments for injured instructors
• →Assist the ski school scheduling team with pre-season updates for new and returning instructors
• →Provide statistical support for ski school on-snow supervisor teams
• →Other duties as assigned

• Experience with all Microsoft 365 applications
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Background in HR systems preferred
• Experience in recruiting and hiring preferred
• Familiarity with Deer Valley Ski School systems preferred

• November to April
• Only Part Time available

• Starting at $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
