Royal Street Café Assistant Manager - Winter 2026 - 27

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. • →Supervise and manage café staff
• →Maintain and/or help implement new efficient work methods and systems
• →Assist with bussing, serving, expediting, or bartending as needed
• →Ensure excellent guest service
• →Process any pertinent voids or errors on the Infogenesis point of sale system
• →Oversee all products and liquor ordering and storage
• →Other duties as assigned

• One year of experience in restaurant supervision or management required
• Experience with POS systems
• Experience with bartending, draft, and metered pouring
• Must be “Tips” certified and possess a Utah Food Handler’s card
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. and withstand frequent up-and-down/ twisting/ repetitive movements
• Must be at least 21 years of age
