Full-Time General Dentist Needed - Gilmer, TX

Altius Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time General Dentist to join our established dental practice in Gilmer, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, quality patient care, and working alongside a supportive dental team.

The selected dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services while developing long-term relationships with patients in the Gilmer community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Create and present individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services
• Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other treatments within the provider’s experience and scope of practice
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients regarding treatment recommendations and oral health
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license in good standing
• Current DEA registration, when applicable
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
• Commitment to providing ethical and high-quality dental care
