We’re seeking a General Dentist to join our Hillsboro team. We value the providers who work with us and are looking to build a consistent schedule with a dentist who is interested in serving the community and providing quality patient care.
What We Offer
~1 min read✓$25,000 monthly guarantee or 32% of adjusted production
✓Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000 with a three-year agreement
✓Health, dental, and vision benefits
✓Up to $1,200 per year in malpractice reimbursement
✓$1,200 annual continuing education allowance
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients
- →Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment
- →Develop treatment plans and explain options to patients
- →Maintain accurate clinical records and follow applicable standards of care
- →Work collaboratively with the dental team to support a positive patient experience
Requirements
~1 min read- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to provide general dentistry services
- Strong communication and patient care skills
