Labour Market Analyst

• →Reviewing referral information to understand individual client requirements prior to commencing labour market research
• →Researching job advertisement websites to identify suitable vacancies aligned with client capacity, skills and location
• →Conducting cold calls with advertising employers to gather relevant labour market information
• →Researching the quantity and suitability of job opportunities within a client’s local labour market
• →Accurately documenting all employer calls using approved templates to support detailed report writing
• →Liaising closely with referring consultants to clarify referral requirements and escalate any identified concerns
• →Supporting the preparation of detailed Vocational and Labour Market Reports within prescribed templates (as capability develops)

• Full Australian working rights
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with employers over the phone
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• Experience in research, labour market analysis, vocational rehabilitation or employment services (highly regarded)
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute positively to team outcomes
