• →Coordinate and manage the scheduling of our tanker fleet, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.
• →Act as a primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• →Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges.
• →Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
• →Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking of delivery status and documentation.

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong geographic knowledge, especially Midwest and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and strong computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with work hours, ready to step in during various shifts as needed.
• A commitment to safety and a clean driving record.
