• →Associate degree in HR, or business-related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• →Minimum of 4 years in total recruiting, coordinating or onboarding related HR experience in lieu of education
• →Minimum of 2 - 4 years of current recruiting experience for management/professional/Salaried positions in a corporate environment
• →Experience with Ulti-pro, Kronos, or UKG Recruiting modules is preferred
• →Experience with social media and social networks
• →Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• →Performs work under minimal supervision, handling complex issues and problems
• →Possesses comprehensive knowledge of recruiting best practices
• →Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, and video conferencing technology
• →Must be able to handle extremely confidential information
• →Displays a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
• →Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Sight: must be able to regularly read computer screen, reports, and various documents with detail and clarity to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, including regular use of adequate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Hearing: must be able to regularly hear well enough to communicate

• Physical Location: This position operates in an office environment within the manufacturing plant environment
• Teamwork: This position will work with others to ensure efficiency in the workplace
• Concentration: This role is often fast paced, so being able to maintain focus at all times is important
