Die folgenden Aufgaben warten auf dich:

• Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung von Rohstoffen und Packmitteln sowie Pflege der zugehörigen Dokumentation und Datenbanken
• Erstellung präziser Produktinformationen und Zulassungsunterlagen sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Prüfung von Druckmaterialien
• Zusammenstellung vollständiger Registrierungsdossiers und kompetente Beratung von Kunden in regulatorischen Fragestellungen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver regulatorischer Strategien für neue und bestehende Produkte zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aktueller gesetzlicher Anforderungen
• Erfolgreiche Mitarbeit an internationalen Entwicklungsprojekten für über 50+ verschiedene Länder in enger Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Produktentwicklungsteams an 4 Standorten

We would like to see you becoming our new Junior Regulatory Affairs Manager.

The following tasks are waiting for you:

• Independent management of raw materials and packaging components, including maintenance of related documentation and databases
• Preparation of accurate product information and regulatory submission documents, as well as active involvement in reviewing printed materials
• Compilation of complete registration dossiers and providing expert guidance to clients on regulatory matters
• Development and implementation of effective regulatory strategies for new and existing products to ensure compliance with current legal requirements
• Successful participation in international development projects for over 50 countries, working closely with global product development teams across 4 locations

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem naturwissenschaftlichen/ pharmazeutischen Studiengang oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2)

• Degree in a natural science/pharmaceutical course of study or comparable qualification
• Experience in Regulatory Affairs is an advantage, but not a must
• Structured and diligent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English (level B2)
