Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sports classes elementary-aged children.
- →Additional coaching opportunities are available in our preschool programs for those seeking more hours.
- →Teach fundamental sports skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect.
- →Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using positive reinforcement.
- →Ensure the safety and well-being of every participant throughout each class.
- →Follow Amazing Athletes' curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and personality to every session.
- →Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and school staff while representing the Amazing Athletes brand with professionalism.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
- An energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
- Additional morning coaching opportunities are available.
- Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
What We Offer

✓CPR certification assistance provided.
✓Starting Pay (Assistant Coach during training): $20/hour
✓Coach Pay (after successful training): $25/hour
✓Performance-based advancement opportunities with pay up to $40/hour.
