This role ensures operational directives are executed fully, schedules and meetings are effectively coordinated, and site operations support a positive customer experience. The role also includes tracking and managing vendor and external partner performance to protect company interests. ## What will your job look like? * Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to site leadership, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. * Coordinate and support employee onboarding activities in partnership with HR and relevant stakeholders. * Act as the primary point of contact for all office‑related operational inquiries and issues. * Maintain strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure to ensure compliant and efficient operations. * Oversee office and facilities operations, including office supplies, courier services, cleaning services, repairs, and maintenance coordination. * Liaise effectively with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure service quality and issue resolution. * Serve as the site coordinator for Security, EHS, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities across Cyprus entities. * Oversee refreshments and kitchenette operations, including inventory tracking, procurement, and distribution. Please note: This role requires full onsite presence, with attendance in the office Monday through Friday. #Onsite ## All you need is... * B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or a vocational training certificate in office administration or similar. * Previous experience in operations and/or facilities management. * Proven experience in a customer‑facing or service‑oriented role. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. ## Why you will love this job: * You will make a real impact every day by keeping the site running smoothly.
