Responsibilities: Greet building employees and visitors, verify proper identification of personnel entering the building, schedule conference rooms, answer telephones, and assist customers to meeting locations or with other information requests.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of six (6) years professional experience in a customer-service related position.
Other: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. An Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred. Outstanding customer service skills a must.
Wage Range Information: This part-time position’s wage is $19.55 (hourly) depending on experience and qualifications.
