Plan and coordinate freight loads Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers Manage schedules, routes, and driver communication Ensure compliance with DOT regulations Problem-solve quickly to minimize downtime

Proven experience as a freight dispatcher (U.S. experience preferred) Strong negotiation and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent English communication skills Reliable internet and phone access (if remote)
