• →Lead and assist with recreational, social, creative, and wellness activities for residents.
• →Encourage resident participation through one-on-one visits and group activities.
• →Help plan special events, parties, outings, and seasonal celebrations.
• →Transport residents to community outings (no CDL required).
• →Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Experience working with seniors or in activities is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a small bus (CDL not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
