• Competitive pay of $18.00–$20.26 per hour, with credit given for experience

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll support residents by safely administering medications and providing compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• →Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• →Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• →Support individualized care plans that promote resident health and independence
• →Monitor resident needs and communicate important updates to the care team
• →Encourage resident participation in social activities and community events
• →Help create a safe, supportive, and dignified living environment
• →Provide compassionate assistance while respecting each resident's preferences and needs

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in South Dakota required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members
