Elm Crest Senior Living is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team.   • Hiring bonus of $2,500 for full-time hires and $1,250 for part-time hires
  • $17.00–$23.00/hour, based on experience

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • 12-Hour Overnight: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will play an important role in helping residents maintain their highest quality of life by:

  • Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
  • Following and supporting individualized care plans
  • Encouraging resident engagement through activities and social interaction
  • Promoting comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Communicating changes in resident condition to the nursing team

Requirements

Required

  • Current CNA certification listed on the Iowa Nurse Aide Registry, or active certification from another state eligible for transfer
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to work rotating weekends and occasional holidays

Preferred

  • Previous experience supporting older adults in a healthcare or long-term care environment
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with residents and family members
