- Competitive pay of $19.00 per hour
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule:
- 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Participation in an on-call rotation required

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Direct Support Professional Mentor, you'll provide direct support to individuals served while helping train, coach, and encourage DSP team members to provide exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
- →Provide direct support, supervision, and protective oversight to individuals receiving services
- →Promote independence and assist individuals in achieving personal goals
- →Support activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring safety, dignity, and respect
- →Train, onboard, and mentor new Direct Support Professionals assigned to your home
- →Provide coaching and guidance to help DSPs develop confidence and succeed in their roles
- →Collaborate with Team Leads and Assistant Managers regarding staffing, attendance, and performance concerns
- →Serve as a communication partner between families, administration, and individuals supported
- →Maintain strong team communication and promote a positive, professional workplace culture
- →Support consistent, high-quality, person-centered services
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of experience in leadership and direct care services supporting individuals with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older
- Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and support team members effectively
- Medication Management Administration certification required within 90 days of hire
- Active Mandatory Reporter Certification preferred
