Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide compassionate nursing care while supporting residents in achieving their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Support residents' health, safety, comfort, and overall quality of life
  • Complete resident assessments and participate in care planning
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate nursing interventions
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed
  • Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Communicate changes in resident condition and support ongoing care coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation while following clinical standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Minnesota required
  • Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
