• →Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
• →Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience required
• Mechanical aptitude required
• HVAC experience preferred
• Associate’s degree from a technical school preferred
• Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
