Responsibilities

- →Educate individuals and families on available benefit options and financial protection solutions
- →Assist clients in selecting benefits that best fit their needs
- →Answer client questions and provide professional guidance throughout the enrollment process
- →Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- →Maintain accurate client records and complete follow-up as needed
- →Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
