Pay and Miles

We understand that financial security is important. That's why we offer weekly pay of $1,650 to $1,750 along with the opportunity to earn additional monthly mileage and fuel bonuses. Drivers are also eligible for quarterly giveaways and company-sponsored driver incentive programs.

Home Time and Running Areas

With this home weekly schedule, you'll enjoy the balance of steady miles and regular time at home, returning for alternating 34-hour and 48-hour resets.

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model International LT trucks equipped with a 71-inch sleeper, automatic transmission, APU, inverter, and space for a refrigerator. Equipment is maintained through Penske's nationwide maintenance network, helping keep drivers moving with minimal downtime.

Advanced ELD technology helps simplify daily operations, while aerodynamic enhancements and bobtail skirts support fuel efficiency and the company's fuel bonus program.

Freight consists of dry van loads that are no-touch for drivers, with a large percentage of freight moving through drop-and-hook operations to help reduce delays and keep trucks rolling.

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking CDL-A professionals who value strong earnings, premium no-touch freight, and weekly home time. Qualified drivers must have a valid Class A CDL, at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to meet safety and driving standards.
