Regional lane coverage and dependable dispatch support help CDL-A truck drivers stay productive while hauling no-touch dry van freight through established regional lanes. This position is built for drivers who value reliable miles, practical equipment, and a steady over-the-road schedule.

Pay & Home Time: Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,700, with additional earning potential through the performance bonus program. Drivers are typically out 7–10 days before returning home for a 34–48 hour reset, providing a dependable balance between productive miles and time at home.

Your Equipment: You'll operate late-model Peterbilt trucks along with other well-maintained equipment designed for regional operations.

Assigned equipment may be taken home
Driver-focused setup for extended trips

The combination of no-touch freight and mostly drop-and-hook loads helps reduce time spent at customer facilities, allowing drivers to stay focused on the road.

The Route: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling regional dry van freight. Most freight is drop and hook, helping minimize delays while supporting consistent weekly productivity. Drivers typically average 2,500–3,000 miles per week with freight planned to keep trucks moving throughout each trip.

Driver Qualifications

Valid CDL-A with a current DOT medical card
3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 1 year within the last 3 years
Experience operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer
