Drivers operating familiar regional lanes benefit from organized load planning and established customer freight. The combination of no-touch automotive freight, frequent drop-and-hook loads, and planned dispatch helps keep miles moving throughout the week while reducing time spent at customer locations.
Lane Details
• Primary running area east of I-35
• 100% no-touch automotive freight
• Approximately 90% drop-and-hook freight
• Drivers average 2,500-3,000 miles per week
Freight moves through established customer locations with an average length of haul of approximately 500 miles, creating a steady pace for drivers throughout the workweek.
Pay & Home Time: Drivers earn $1,300 to $1,550 per week, with an additional monthly safety bonus of up to $750.
Drivers typically stay out 7-10 days before returning home for a 34-48 hour reset. We work with drivers whenever possible when home time needs arise.
Equipment & Orientation: Assigned equipment includes primarily Peterbilt 579 tractors along with other well-maintained trucks. Each truck is equipped with an inverter and refrigerator, and assigned equipment may be taken home during home time.
Orientation is completed online, and DOT physicals are scheduled close to home whenever possible. Transportation to pick up your truck is provided after onboarding.
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance are available along with a 401(k) plan and paid vacation. Drivers are paid on loaded and empty miles and receive detention pay, layover pay, and access to 24-hour dispatch support.
Qualifications: Valid CDL-A required along with a current DOT medical card. Drivers must have at least 3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 1 year within the last 3 years operating a tractor with a 40-foot or longer trailer.
