Product Owner / Business Analyst

Product Vision and Strategy

• →Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, including the business, clients, and development teams.
• →Gather input, feedback, and requirements from business owners, clients, and other stakeholders to make sure the product meets their needs.
• →Run regular feedback and review sessions with stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• →Build and maintain a product roadmap covering features, enhancements, and deliverables.

Requirements and Backlog Management

• →Write detailed business and functional requirements documents.
• →Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, keeping it clear and actionable for the development team.
• →Write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are well understood.
• →Continuously prioritize work based on business value, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• →Work closely with development teams, including software engineers, designers, and testers, to build a shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
• →Take part in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

Quality Assurance and Testing

• →Work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and make sure delivered features meet quality standards and user expectations.
• →Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions meet business requirements and user needs.

Continuous Improvement

• →Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• →Proactively look for ways to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• →Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product team and across the organization

• A university degree or college diploma (DEC) in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in agile software development environments.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with product management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience working in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at every level.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
