AMG & Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of contract management services for a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a Client Support Services Representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Client Support Services Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and in-person communication

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs

- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to enhance the client experience

- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our services

- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in order to provide the best support to clients

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of contract management or related industries is a plus
