Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop game mechanics, systems, and features that align with the game's vision and gameplay goals

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the game design is implemented effectively and meets technical requirements

- Create and maintain detailed design documents, including game design documents, feature specifications, and balance sheets

- Conduct playtesting and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements to the game design

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our game design processes and techniques

- Work closely with other departments, such as art and programming, to ensure a cohesive and immersive game experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the gaming industry

- Proficient in using game design tools and software, such as Unity or Unreal Engine

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
