Principal Deal Review Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Deal Review Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex business deals and contracts to ensure their accuracy, compliance, and alignment with our clients' objectives. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients make informed business decisions and achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze complex business deals and contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with clients' objectives

- Identify potential risks and opportunities in deals and provide recommendations for improvement

- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential deals, including financial analysis and market research

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure all aspects of deals are considered

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the deal review process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to deal review and contract management

- Train and mentor junior team members on deal review processes and best practices

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to clients and senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in deal review, contract management, or a similar role

- Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk assessment, and contract law

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams

- Proven track record of successfully managing and reviewing complex business deals and contracts

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
